Well, not much to say about this topic. We knew it was coming and it did several days ago. Rick Scott has signed Bill 408 into law and it supposedly will be effective immediately. Congratulations Florida legislature and Scott, you just created many, many more years of litigation, confusion, corruption and constitutional challenges. Off we go.
