You might detect a bit of happiness in reporting this blog as Tower Hill lost at trial this week, big too. Tower Hill has for a year now threatened every homeowner that filed a claim that they were going to take every case to trial. Tower Hill also believes that homeowners and the attorneys that represent them won’t have the guts to go to trial. Well, Tower Hill was shown they are wrong, one homeowner did have the guts, and Tower Hill will now pay big time for it. More on this later to come but this is two in a row for homeowners in sinkhole trials against insurance companies the past six months. Maybe the tides are coming back our way?
